Pat founded DeAngelis Leadership Group in 2013 in an effort to provide executives with distinguished, trusted advisors and leadership experts. The Group is a values driven, ethical company that focuses on building trust and exhibiting integrity with all clients. They fully understand the challenges that executives and their teams face in order to perform well in highly volatile and complex markets.

    The DeAngelis Leadership coaching process is unique, thorough, and dynamic. As proud members of the International Coach Federation, we are committed to conducting our work in a highly ethical manner. We utilize both qualitative and quantitative assessments to gather critical data that allows the leader to identify behaviors they need to change and to develop a realistic plan of action. Our coaching process is built around the concept of enhancing the emotional intelligence of the leader being coached. The results are typically transformational and measurable.

  • Comprehensive Organizational Assessment

    We implement Dynamic Inquiry and Appreciative Inquiry, two proven and powerful qualitative methods, to assess and impact organizational development. These processes are effective because they tap the intellectual capital of a company. By conducting these culture assessments, identifying core principles and values that drive organizational dynamics, strategy, and behavior, we can create buy-in at all levels and produce energy for successful implementation of change.

  • Identification Of Gaps In Organizational Effectiveness

    The intentional change model (ICM), has been proven effective in coaching and in business—wherever individuals and companies are undergoing change. We assess a company’s current reality along with their ideal state. We work with the leaders to establish a realistic plan of action to close the gaps that hinder the achievement of consistent organizational excellence.

  • Leadership Assessment

    We utilize various assessment tools along with qualitative interviews to evaluate the strengths and limitations of leaders. The critical skill sets needed to achieve success are identified during this process.
